The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy recently conducted a focused exploration of dairy merchandising that resulted in a 28.8 percent incremental increase in dairy sales for select retailers. Supermarket News wrote about the results. Click here to view the report. The average incremental increase for units sold across the displays was 19.2 percent, including an increase of 28.8 percent for dairy items. For dollar sales, retailers saw a 20.5 percent average incremental increase across the displayed items, with a 29.8 percent increase for dairy products.
