Three Idaho dairies plan to appeal the verdict in a case they brought against the Northwest Dairy Association over milk sales, according to a Capital Press article. The Capital Press article quoted the dairymen's attorney, Ken Pedersen, as saying that the co-op "had a responsibility to get our consent to make money off our milk. Profits were made without our permission."
