The University of Illinois will be offering Advanced Dairy Nutrition (ANSC 423) and Milk Secretion and Mastitis (ANSC 435). Both will run 11 weeks, starting January 2016.

Advanced Dairy Nutrition begins on Jan. 25 and covers nutrient classes, phase feeding, dry cow feeding, health and forages. The course will be coordinated by Mike Hutjens.

Milk Secretion and Mastitis starts on Jan. 25, with Dick Wallace coordinating the class. It will cover all phases of milk quality, secretion, nutrition and mastitis control and prevention.

Lectures are recorded and available on the website (class on demand), and a weekly Monday evening live online class session will be held during the 11 weeks from 5 to 6 p.m. CST for Advance Dairy Nutrition and 7 to 8 p.m. CST for Milk Secretion and Mastitis.
