Schools across the country are getting healthier one blender at a time, thanks to the work of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program that was founded by dairy farmers in partnership with the NFL.

Fuel Up to Play 60 has partnered with the Waring Commercial Blenders and Atlanta Fixture companies on a program that places blenders in schools to give students easier access to great-tasting smoothies featuring dairy.

So far, more than 1,200 blenders have been placed in 948 schools across the U.S. Each blender comes with a smoothie recipe that requires 8 ounces of milk and 4 ounces of yogurt.
