What previous positions have you held?
Some of my previous employments include general manager at Poulin Grain, Inc., director of sales and marketing at Pennfield, sales management at Venture Milling and sales management at Kent Nutrition Group.

What excites you most about working in your new role?
I’m most excited about the ability to work with all levels of our industry in my geographic region, as well as the ability to apply my skills to help clients within my region and through my team members across the U.S.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
I will be able to help provide excellent products and services that go beyond Bovamine, while using the things I have learned over the years in our industry. I have a passion for wanting to help dairy producers succeed, and I enjoy working with various distribution channels to accomplish the needs of the end user.

Why did you choose this company?
NPC is a small yet forward-thinking company with great people and very well-researched products. I had always considered any direct-fed microbial (DFM) as somewhat suspect, but given my research on Bovamine and NPC, it became obvious to me that this product is for real and that the company has a high value on integrity and good product research.

The company is also allowing me to be me, while taking what I have learned about the dairy production industry and apply it to my region and have an impact on our industry.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
I want to make Bovamine the most well-known DFM on the East Coast, and in doing so, grow our market share to 25 percent of the dairy cows by the end of 2015. PD
