What education are you bringing with you to this position?

I earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Marist College.

Please describe your agricultural background.
I grew up in rural New York and enjoyed the lifestyle provided by farming. This inspired me to focus on animal agriculture in college. I worked on a dairy after college, before starting my career in dairy equipment sales.

What territory will you cover?
I will be covering the entire East Coast, from Maine to Florida. My territory reaches as far west as Michigan.

What are your new responsibilities?
As a sales territory manager, I offer herd management solutions to dairy producers and veterinarians that will improve animal health protocols and increase profitability. I help integrate QScout Farm Lab diagnostic tests. I also assist current customers with training and provide them with the resources they need to run diagnostic tests and make informed herd management decisions.

What previous positions have you held?
Prior to joining AAD, I worked for DeLaval Dairy Service – New York as a robotic milking specialist.

Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
The Dawydko family, owners of the dairy I worked on after college, taught me a great deal about farming. My own family has provided encouragement throughout my career.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
Many producers feel they have tried everything and still struggle to control subclinical mastitis and improve milk quality on their farms. I can help by offering advanced tools and real-time data that address those challenges.

Why did you choose this company?
I first learned about Advanced Animal Diagnostics in 2008. With my interest in animal health, I’m excited to join a company that is changing how the industry measures udder health and empowers producers to make data-driven decisions.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
My primary goal is to educate dairy producers across the East Coast about the true cost of subclinical mastitis and show them the benefits of diagnosing and treating it, which will lead to improved milk quality and increased profitability. PD
