Before the farm bill finally passed, fourth-generation dairyman Brad Bouma was quoted by KJTV-TV of Lubbock in a story titled “Looming dairy cliff from the producer’s perspective.” Bouma spoke in favor of a policy that would move dairy closer to a free-market system.
