Please describe your agricultural background?
I have been working in Agriculture since 1976 in Sales, Parts and Service.

What education are you bringing with you to this position?

Most of my education was on the job training and experience. I have attended a number
of seminars and workshops related to my positions.

What previous positions have you held?

In 1976 I worked for an equipment and silo compay. In 1981 I worked for Tri-County
Equipment as a Salesman. In 1985 I was district Sales Mgr for Dairyland Seeds. In 1986 I
worked for Van Dale, J-Star, J-Star Bodco and then the same company became
Jamesway.

What are your responsibilities?
Territory Sales Manager for present and obtain new dealers within Wisconsin.

What territory will you cover?

All J&D dealers in the state of Wisconsin.

What exites you most about working in your new role?

Being able to continue to work with most of the same dealers and farmers as I did with
my previous position and to be able to build a great working relationship with new dealers
as well.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
My experience and again the great working relationship I developed over the years.

Whats your best story from the first day on the job?
My first day was March 2nd at the Eau Claire farm show at a new booth and wearing a
green shirt instead of red.

Why did you choose this company?

Family owned and Wisconsin based.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?

To help dealers sell and grow with the J&D product line and establish new dealers to
handle the complete line.
